DIAGONALE DES FOUS 2025
The Challenge
Capturing the essence of the Diagonale des Fous meant documenting one of the world’s most demanding ultra-trail races, in extreme conditions. The challenge was to convey both the physical intensity of the runners and the unique atmosphere of the race, across day and night, mountains and weather changes.
The Approach
I adopted a cinematic and immersive approach, focusing on movement, emotions and key moments along the course. Through dynamic camera work and natural sound, the film aims to reflect the difficulty of the race while celebrating the energy and the spirit of the Diagonale des Fous.
